| This project was produced in association with Ellerbe Becket and was the largest single project which Abend Singleton Associates undertook in 28 years of practice, with a construction cost near $100,000,000. Among the influential participants were Chief Judge D. Brook Bartlett, Judge Joseph Stevens and GSA Head Architect Ed Feiner, all of whom worked to promote the high quality of the project against those forces which always seem to push big government projects toward mediocrity. |
